Seller program questions
Who can open a store?
NextShelf accounts require you to be at least 16. Sellers must meet applicable contracting requirements and Stripe’s separate onboarding and payout eligibility requirements, which depend on location and business.
How are payments set up?
Connect Stripe from your account and provide the requested information. Payment availability depends on your account status and Stripe’s requirements; creating an account does not guarantee payment approval.
Who handles shipping and returns?
You provide the products and manage fulfillment, shipping and applicable returns. Keep descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, and provide the shipping and return information buyers need. Review the Terms before setting up your store.
Can affiliates recommend my products?
You can offer commissions on participating products for affiliates to promote. You remain the seller and handle orders and fulfillment. Learn more about the NextShelf affiliate program.
