What is a NextShelf affiliate?+
An independent person who introduces products or new stores to NextShelf through referral links. Product affiliates earn seller-funded commissions on qualifying purchases of products they have joined.
Do affiliates need to hold inventory or ship orders?+
No. When you recommend another seller’s products, that seller handles the order and fulfillment. Your part is choosing products and making the introduction.
How do I get started?+
Create or sign in to your NextShelf account. Store owners can create or manage their store from the account workspace. Prospective affiliates can open NextShelf Affiliates, complete their profile, and follow the account setup steps.
What is required before I can participate?+
Affiliate participation requires an eligible country, an active affiliate account, and completed Stripe verification with payouts enabled. Your dashboard shows your account status and any setup steps still required.
How do commissions and payments work?+
Sellers set and fund product commissions, and affiliates can review the percentage before joining. Commissions depend on qualifying sales and attribution; refunds can reduce earnings. Eligible earnings have a minimum 30-day holding period. Your payments section shows current payment status.
Will my affiliate storefront appear in the marketplace?+
Your affiliate storefront is shared by direct link and is not listed in marketplace discovery. Share that link with your audience so they can browse your selections.
